Vaughan’s utilizes modern, well maintained equipment so that we keep our appointments. Vaughan’s also employs staff from all over Western Pennsylvania and we have numerous crews working year round.

Liability and Safety
Did you know that if you hire a contractor that is under insured or not insured at all that you may be liable if that contractor gets injured or damages your or someone else’s property?

We do not take chances in this area and we prove it. All estimates include a copy of our insurance certificate for liability and workmen’s compensation FOR YOUR PROTECTION.

To further add peace of mind, all Vaughan’s employees follow strict safety guidelines and are equipped with all necessary safety gear. Also, Vaughan’s completes criminal background checks and pre-employment drug testing on each new hire.

Punctuality
Nobody likes to wait all day for a contractor that may or may not show up. Our sales staff will provide a one hour window with which we will arrive for your estimate appointment. If we do not show up within this time frame without calling, we will offer a 10% discount for the estimated work.

Prompt Service
In most cases when you call Vaughan's Tree Service Inc. an appointment can be made during your initial phone call.  In instances where qualified personnel is not available to meet your needs your call will be returned within 24 hours.  Calls requiring immediate assistance will be forwarded to a member of our staff who can best handle your problem.  If all else fails, call me, Byran Vaughan, directly on my cell phone at 724-272-4484.
